Technical Information

  • Updates sent in either direction as required as attachments to email (or FTP)

  • Data replicated via SQL server database
  • Operations geologist has seamless vision of wellsite data

SECURITY

R-WEB takes the security of the data in the R-WEB database very seriously and offers easy to manage security settings for standalone installations coupled with the ability to specify extremely fine grained permissions in enterprise environments that require it. Security that is role based, can integrate with Windows authentication systems and allows fine grained control on a per well, per module basis for each user or role.

In a replicated environment security can be managed centrally and changes will be automatically propagated to all computers without requiring wellsite laptops to be returned to the office for updates.
